OUR HISTORY

Rafael started his own immigration law practice in 2011 shortly after being admitted to the bar. At the time he wondered how, if ever, he could grow it into a successful business. The answer came by way of creating his own back-end support office consisting of 2-4 staff members based in the Dominican Republic.

Today, he has built a successful business that includes over 17 staff members. This would not be possible without the use of remote staff to help compliment and support the US staff.

PARALEGAL ASSITANT

Jose holds a masters degree in Law, and is a lawyer by training, he speaks, reads, writes English at a high level. As a PIP paralegal, Jose has gained experience with complex matters before EOIR. Jose regularly prepares filings for EOIR including asylum applications, motions to continue, motions to change venue, pre-hearing brief table of exhibits and exhibits assembly, as well as monitoring the EOIR calendar for attorneys.

PARALEGAL ASSITANT

Elizabeth has a masters in communication and business strategy. She possess excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism which have helped her manage a high case load of family based petitions, consular process, and waiver applications.

Julie

Julie holds a masters degree in Law, and handles translations, document assembly for exhibits before EOIR, SIJ filings, Asylum.
